It's happening!

For someone who can get hung up on abrupt changes (I'm working on it...) I really genuinely love the change of seasons. Nashville is having atypically legitimate autumn weather and I am so excited about it. Foggy mornings, brisk breezes, temperatures that make you reach for your jacket on the way out the door? Bring it ON!

And, of course, in a few months, I'll be bedraggled and soggy and probably pretty ready for another change of seasons. I'll get excited about a warm wind, sprigs of green, and sunshine on my shoulders.

It isn't about one season being better than another, for me. The true joy is in the fact that we get to experience all of them. The cycle of the year is another excellent reminder that everything, everything, everything changes. Nothing matters, everything matters, everything is a miracle.
