IT’S HERE!

I have been thinking about this moment for the last few months, and working towards it unconsciously for the last decade.

I’m excite to present The Unbridled Creative Workbook! This is a FREE 9 page workbook that I’ve put together to reunite you with your true creative self.

It won’t always be free, though, so download soon!

If you are a creative person and you feel like you’re out of ideas, or that inspiration is harder and harder to come by, this is for you.
If you worry that you’ll not make good art even if you can force yourself to TRY, this is for you.
If you’re feeling stuck and exhausted trying to do your creative work during this wild and difficult time, this is FOR YOU.

Ten years ago, I was going through a really dark and difficult time - it felt like the rug had been pulled out from under me, and then the house fell down, and then a buzzard dropped a dead raccoon on the wreckage. It felt like there was no way clear of the mess. But I stood in front of a foggy mirror, grabbed an eyeliner pencil, and wrote these five steps on the glass:

1. Keep moving
2. Make something
3. Do it well
4. Take care of your tools
5. Be brave

These became my basic rules for living, for making art, and for being a good human.

In this workbook, I’ll walk you through how to apply these simple guidelines to your creative life.

Our society exerts an enormous pressure on creative people (and everybody really) to be constantly producing new work that is better than your last work. This leads to a mindset of competition with yourself and others, and can create a sense of scarcity - that there are only so many good ideas floating around and if you’re not catching them now then you’ll never be able to catch up. But by stepping back, slowing down, and reconnecting with what it is that you love about the work that you do, you’ll find you can move past those resistances, break the perfectionism habit, and start every day with curiosity and wonder. You’ll stop wasting energy on fear and limiting beliefs and will begin approach your creative process with excitement to see what comes out of your hands.

I can’t wait to show you how I’ve been able to apply these five rules to my life and how they can help you cultivate a creative process that is full of resilience and abundance.

In the coming months, I’m also going to be hosting some workshops to work through these steps in depth. I am also available to dig deeper into this process with one-on-one creative coaching. You can schedule a free 30-minute discovery call by emailing me at hey@thisiscallahan.com to learn more.

If you have any questions, please hit me up! This is something I love to talk about, and I would love to hear your experiences.
