Her pivot into film and photo production allowed her to flex all of these unique strengths, and to grow deeper in her radically empathetic leadership style as a creative director, producer, and assistant director. Callahan applies training in non-violent communication and DEI practices to build trusting and supportive relationships on set with crew and client alike.
